General Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

This Agreement governs the relationship between Fakelit.com and customers who purchase hosting, development, domain registration, and merchant services from Fakelit.com.

2. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due in advance. All accounts referred to a collection agency shall be subject to an additional fee of $35.00, which must be paid in full before the account is reactivated.

3. Service Level Agreement

Fakelit.com guarantees 99.9% uptime for hosting services. If we fail to maintain this uptime, you may request a credit proportional to the downtime, to be applied to future services.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Customers agree not to use Fakelit.com services for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Spam or unsolicited mass mailings
• Software piracy or copyright infringement
• Activities that compromise server security
• Excessive resource usage that affects other customers

5. Security & Privacy

Fakelit.com reserves the right to monitor accounts for security purposes and to investigate potential violations of this Agreement. We will cooperate with law enforcement when required by law.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and must notify Fakelit.com immediately of any security breaches.

6. Intellectual Property

All Fakelit.com trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of Fakelit.com. Customers retain ownership of their content but grant Fakelit.com necessary licenses to provide services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fakelit.com's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with appropriate notice. Fakelit.com may suspend services immediately for violations of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada.
